Inside Sales- Call Representative

What You’ll Do:

As an Inside Sales call representative, you will be responsible for appointment generation and support of all BathPro territories. Your main responsibility will be to manage Bathpro internal customer base. You will be responsible for speaking with potential customers and coordinating product demonstration appointments. Over the course of your career, there are multiple growth opportunities including but not limited to department management, transferring to other departments or promotion into becoming a sales consultant within our sales division.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Conduct warm calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
• Daily telephone interaction with our database of customers and prospects
• Promotion of Kohler bath products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Generation of appointments for our outside sales division
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ongoing department meetings and training

Skills

· Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal

· Previous experience in inside sales or customer service roles

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers

· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

· Knowledge of technical sales processes and techniques

· Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus

· Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred

· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
