Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and direct sales. Being timely and well organized is a must for this position.
We're a family owned and operated company hoping to find a team player that will work closely with us. Days and hours are extremely flexible, qualified leads will be provided for the most part. Pay and compensation type will be discussed upon interview.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your assigned territory to drive sales growth.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including prospecting, and networking to generate new leads.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotional strategies and campaigns that support sales objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in follow through.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Bathroom material knowledge; Acrylic, quartz, tile, etc.
