Job Overview
This position is for Thursday and Fridays ONLY 4pm- 8pm. We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and advance reservations for our spa guests.
- Handle credit card transactions accurately and processing payments.
- Assist with retail sales by providing product information and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available. Assist other team members to refresh a client room when a treatment is complete.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- In addition to Hourly wage, guaranteed gratuities as well as commission for retail sales.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
