As a Jewelry Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients seeking the perfect jewelry pieces. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of various jewelry items.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with transactions and manage stock levels effectively.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewelry products.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide bilingual support to enhance communication with diverse clientele (if applicable).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Familiarity with stock management processes and retail operations is a plus.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and enthusiastically.
• Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities is advantageous.
