Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate swim practices for beginner youth swimmers.
- Teach and reinforce proper stroke technique, starts, turns, and finishes.
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for children of all skill levels.
- Organize and coach at intra-club swim meets, team events, and exhibitions.
- Provide regular feedback to swimmers and communicate progress with parents.
- Work collaboratively with the Aquatics Director to plan season goals, training plans, and team activities.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a high level of supervision.
- Serve as a role model for sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive behavior.
- Assist with organizing team gear, awards, and end-of-season celebrations.
