Key Responsibilities:
- Greet pool guests with a friendly attitude and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Take orders from guests and prepare snacks, beverages, and light meals (e.g., sandwiches, salads, chips, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar, including cleaning tables, counters, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed and that proper food handling procedures are adhered to.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the manager when stock is low or needs replenishment.
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by following all health, safety, and pool rules.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing the pool area for the start of the day and closing it at the end of shifts.
