Key Responsibilities:
- Greet pool guests with a positive and friendly attitude, offering assistance with menu choices and beverage specials.
- Take food and drink orders from guests lounging by the pool and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and make sure all needs are met throughout their poolside experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside area, including clearing tables, ensuring guests have clean napkins, utensils, and refills as needed.
- Keep track of orders, ensuring that all are delivered correctly and on time.
