What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at BATON ROUGE CREDIT?
Full-Time Customer Service Representative. Previous finance experience is not necessary but a plus however training will be provided. A committed desire to learn is essential. Strong customer service and phone skills to service walk-in and phone customers with applications, loan closings and payments. Help your team maintain and reach goals along with developing an understanding of credit reports. Learn and Present financial solutions to customers based on their needs, educate customers on terms and conditions of their loan, utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales. Learning to manage the life cycle of a loan including collections and complying with all laws and regulations.
Salary / Incentives offered after 90 days
Hours 8:30am-5pm
