Job Description
- Answers questions about products and services and works to resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve.
- Greets members in a welcoming manner and assists them with account and/or credit union information via phone, email, in person, live chat, etc.
- Supports branch by being a backup when needed. (Example: MSR, assisting with ATM balancing, card balancing, verifying shipment, etc.).
- Keeps track of walk-in members. Ensures that members are helped in a timely manner.
- Identifies opportunities and cross sells/offers products and services to our members.
- Performs file maintenance and account changes as needed.
- Demonstrates the Credit Union's Core Values (Service with an EDGE, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect, Accountability).
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Six months to one year of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Hours are 8AM – 4:30PM Monday – Friday.
