Job Description
- Conducts training sessions on procedures, products and services, use of the computer system and telephone system, compliance, effective member service skills, and skills necessary for employees to achieve outstanding performance levels.
- Utilizes individual training and selects or develops training aids such as handbooks, visual aids, and tutorials.
- Evaluates and assists in designing training manuals and related materials, training classes, and training procedures.
- Completes required reports and documents; attends meetings as required.
- Demonstrates the Credit Union's Core Values (Service with an EDGE, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect, Accountability).
- Performs other job related duties as required.
Requirements
- Three to five years of similar or related experience. Previous teller experience preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
- Hours are 8AM – 4:30PM Monday – Friday.
