Duties
- Install, inspect, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Conduct thorough testing of fire protection systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems promptly.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on system operations and maintenance.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Utilize software tools for territory management and documentation of services performed.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new business opportunities within your territory.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to secure ongoing business relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Technician or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar software for account management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts effectively.
- Ability to conduct product demos clearly and confidently.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
