This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Radio Frequency Engineer located in Columbus, OH. The Lead Radio Frequency Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RF solutions, conducting RF testing and analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- RF Design and Development, RF Testing and Analysis, and Project Management skills
- Knowledge of Radio Frequency principles and technologies
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and team leadership
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Previous experience working in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus
