Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software and Hardware Sourcing Representative to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of software and hardware products and services. You will work closely with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of technology resources.

This role is hybrid and will be located in one of the following Battelle offices : Chantilly, VA or Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential CIT service providers and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the best terms.
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
