Batteries Plus is looking for Cell Phone Repair Technician that puts the customer first at their Naples, FL store location. Duties include cell phone repair.
The ideal candidate will have strong eyesight and technical aptitude required for various types of repair work we offer, be customer focused and a team player with an open mind for learning and training.
Responsibilities
- Repair cell phones, tablets, and other devices as needed in a quick and efficient manner
- Replace batteries in cell phones
- Keep accurate records of materials and parts used during repairs
- Maintain a tidy work area
- Demonstrate a customer first mentality, providing excellent customer service
- Greet customers, determine needs, ask questions
- Inbound phone sales/customer service
- Function as a team player
Qualifications
- One or more years of Apple/Samsung phone repair experience
- Must be able to work weekends
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Able to effectively manage confrontational situations in a controlled and courteous manner
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong technical aptitude; a basic understanding of electronics. Must have the ability to accurately read gauges and work with hands
- Strong eyesight and technical aptitude required for various types of repair work we offer
- Ability to calculate simple math and percentages
