The Graphic Designer will guide creative choices, championing the end-user's needs to create the best user experience for our customers. This role is vital in shaping the digital presence of our brand. Leveraging your expertise in design and user experience, you will create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative digital solutions that resonate with our audience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral, including website banners, email templates, social media posts, and digital ads
- Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure all visuals are consistent and align with brand guidelines
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets
- Design various stages throughout the development lifecycle, from user journey maps and user flows to written specifications and wireframes
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to create new, impactful features.
- Employ both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide design decisions, focusing on user needs while also propelling business growth.
- Collaborate on usability testing and user surveys to identify areas of improvement for existing products or test out new designs and prototypes.
- Translate concepts into front-end specifications creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, visual designs and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Design A/B tests to measure the impact of improvements and to experiment with new features.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Technology, or a related field.
- In lieu of the Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree in a technology-related field combined with 4 years of additional related experience may be considered.
- 1 or more years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
- Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.) and Figma as well as Google Analytics.
- Experience creating web animations and producing product photography is desired, but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to work with confidential data such as process, service, and product costs which, if disclosed, might have significant internal effects or minor external effects.
