As a Food Manufacturing Production Worker, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our food processing plant, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Responsibilities
- Monitor production lines for quality control, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production and manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, including FDA regulations and HACCP
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within food processing environments
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate packaging machinery
- Basic math skills for inventory and production tracking
- experience in a food processing plant setting
- Experience in food kitchen settings
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, self-motivated Team members with excellent attendance, attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as a team. Familiarity with HACCP and GMPs a plus but not required.
Current Hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday thru Friday with possibility for overtime when needed as business dictates.
We are located along a bus route - there is a bus stop directly in front of the building.
