What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Battle House Hotel and Spa/PCH Resorts?
To provide the highest level of service possible to our Guests by following Renaissance standards of professional, aggressive hospitality always projecting warmth and efficiency. To be well versed in all areas of the Front Desk and the general operations of the hotel. To insure that arriving and departing Guests are moved quickly through the check-in/check-out process at the Front Desk. Ability to ensure Guest problems are resolved and/or follow-up occurs in an expeditious manner. Handle resolution and/or compensation to Guest problems using compensation matrix, L.E.A.R.N., and problems solving processes. Enter all data into Guestware, and report pass-on information to Supervisor/Manager for immediate follow-up/response.
