What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseperson/Housekeeping-Full Time 3:00 pm until 11:30pm position at Battle House Hotel and Spa/PCH Resorts?
Service oriented, detail-oriented, team player. Goal-driven, excellent delegator with good relationship skills. Previous department experience required. Ability to multi-task. Good communication skills. Ability to maintain and improve overall quality standards. Ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time. Some heavy lifting required. Ability to supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants ensuring that all procedures are completed to hotel standards.
Weekend availability necessary
