The primary purpose of this position is to learn all aspects of operations. As our clients’ demands grow, so does our need for exceptional management. Our goal is to go above and beyond expectations. The Assistant Manager role is entry-level, so it is required to undergo our training process with our outstanding management staff.
Our Entry Level Assistant Manager will be responsible for :
Manage a team of 10-15 individuals : Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service, developing sales and marketing strategies, hiring and developing new employees, and reviewing ongoing performance assessments.
Successfully negotiate his / her way through our rigorous and highly selective training program with an emphasis on customer service and sales
Master the business on the front line Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, sales promo’s, increasing incremental revenue and building a loyal clientele
Recommend appropriate corrective action when necessary holding yourself and team accountable for sales production and quality
Full knowledge of appropriate systems and procedures
Recognize and respond to performance flaws with honest and direct communication to improve sales margins and increase customer retention
