Responsibilities
The EH&S Manager will provide leadership for all aspects of environmental, health & safety, including ownership of training, inspections, recordkeeping and reporting.
This role involves developing and implementing effective safety training programs, analyzing and evaluating hazardous conditions and practices, and collaborating with internal teams to design and implement comprehensive EH&S compliant training, auditing, and operations.
The EH&S Manager will also lead the Safety Committee and Emergency Management Response Coordination, investigate and respond to facility incidents, and develop and manage training program curriculums to direct company behavior.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in EH&S management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
