As a Sales Account Representative, you will be the face of our company to our clients. In this critical role, you will manage client accounts, develop your business acumen, and help us make a significant difference in the client experience. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, developing a robust pipeline of continued business for the client.
Sales Account Representative Duties:
- Client Account Management: Oversee and manage your customer portfolio by ensuring timely follow-ups, order adjustments, and providing proactive sales solutions to clients' inquiries.
- Client Presentations: Lead live face to face presentations and product demos to help clients understand how our solutions can benefit them.
- Develop Business Acumen: Continuously learn and stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to offer valuable insights and support to clients.
- Price Quotes & Order Adjustments: Handle pricing inquiries and prepare accurate price quotes for assigned account, as well as managing any order adjustments promptly.
- Compliance & Transparency: Resolve account service related questions and ensure clients have a clear understanding of packages and pricing.
- Exceptional Account Support: Provide top-tier account management by anticipating client needs, offering creative solutions, and fostering strong relationships.
- Sales-Driven Results: Meet and exceed sales goals, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and contributing to account growth.
Ideal Candidates for the Sales Account Representative Position:
- Sales-oriented with experience in customer service, account management, and/or client services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to develop strong, long-term client relationships.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Comfortable leading live presentations and engaging clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $62,450.00 - $71,385.00 per year
