The Wireless Assistant will be responsible for being the main point of contact between our clients and their customers. The Wireless Assistant will establish strong relationships with customers, offering our products and services to meet their wireless needs, drive sales goals, and represent the company with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and respect.
The exciting things the Wireless Assistant will do:
- Directly engage with customers, new and existing, to offer our products and services as a solution to their wireless needs.
- Actively listen to customers' questions, complaints, and address their concerns and provide accurate information, fostering relationships based on trust, and encouraging long-term satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the latest promotions, pricing advantages, and bundles to increase revenue, upsell our services, increase company value, and drive sales.
- Participate in company training, and domestic and international travel to networking events, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments for the creation and implementation of new face to face sales strategies to reach broader audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, delivery status, and customer satisfaction.
What are the skills and requirements for the Wireless Assistant?
- A high school diploma or college degree is required for this position.
- General knowledge of wireless technology, telecommunications, and customer service.
- Active listening and strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude, positive and professional demeanor, and ability to multitask under pressure.
