We run the largest Alternative Data events in the world (5 per year) bringing data buyers and data providers together to take advantage of the value of Alternative Data.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Sales Representative at BattleFin. The focus on Private Equity Firms and get them to attend our Alternative Data events, developing, managing and growing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, attending industry events, and collaborating with the sales team. This role is based in Rowayton - Norwalk, CT, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
- Connections in Private Equity Industry and knowledge of how PE firms are using Alternative Data for their deal analysis as well as with their Portfolio Companies.
- Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot, Google Sheets and Slack a plus)
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of financial markets and data
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Pay will be commensurate with skills, experience and abilities. Compensation range : $80k-$100k base plus commissions total estimated OTE of $150k-$200k
