Shift Supervisor Job Description:
- Planning: Establishing schedules, identifying resource needs, and allocating resources
- Coordinating: Working with vendors, contractors, and coordinators to ensure a smooth operation
- Managing: Preparing and managing events to meet budgets and quality standards
- Supervising: Organizing, supervising, and reviewing the work of staff
- Providing customer service: Being the main point of contact for clients and internal event owners on the event day
- Ensuring safety and security: Overseeing event safety and security, including ID checks and bag searches
Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years experience in hospitality or guest services
- Excellent leader and detail-oriented
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
