The Clubhouse Handyperson is a Part-time position. They will work with our Clubhouse supervisor to make repairs, clean and organize the clubhouse and other buildings.
•
Job Summary: Performs clubhouse repairs and general maintenance needed for equipment, furniture, masonry, plumbing and building structure
•
Performs the maintenance of parking lots, and other recreational areas
•
Ensures all building maintenance, repair and cleaning activities are identified and completed as assigned by maintenance supervisor
•
Keeps their work areas safe, clean and organized
•
Ensures that all garbage is properly removed from the clubhouse premises
•
Responds to emergencies by department heads as assigned by maintenance supervisor or manager on duty
•
Carries out maintenance and work orders assigned by maintenance supervisor
•
Assists with preparation of special functions, parties, tournaments, holiday decorations and constructing display pieces as assigned by the maintenance supervisor
•
Completes other appropriate assignments made by the maintenance supervisor
•
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Salary : $13 - $15
