Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong understanding of fencing installation techniques. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Fence Installer will be responsible for building, assembling, and installing fences while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental.
- Prepare the site by marking out fence lines and digging post holes.
- Build and assemble fence panels, gates, and other components as needed.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing for setting posts securely.
- Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in hardscape projects or related construction work is preferred.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, and masonry techniques is a plus.
- Skills in frame carpentry or welding are advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: $14.83 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
