We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Food Runner to join our team in May 2025! As a Food Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently. You will be the crucial link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring seamless service and a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and according to restaurant standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with table maintenance, including clearing tables and bussing dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Familiarize yourself with menu items and ingredients.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
