WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
BaubleBar is currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. The Production Assistant is a full-time role working with the Sourcing & Production team to support production needs throughout the business. Interested candidates should be able to work confidently, both independently and within a larger team. The position requires close attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Work within the Production team to assist in meeting delivery schedules, quality, and cost objectives
- Communicate with vendors to track purchase order status and troubleshoot on production/sourcing issues to ensure execution of all production orders
- Review weekly WIPs to prevent production issues or delays
- Responsible for timely communication of delivery updates
- Maintain reports to give visibility to upper management
- Support in weekly meetings with Merchandising/Product Development teams and communicate feedback accordingly with vendors
- Assist cross functional partners on production needs as assigned
- Work onsite in our Manhattan office 2-3 days per week
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Sourcing, Production, or related field
- Computer savvy with advanced knowledge of Excel and data entry skills
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Must be punctual and dependable
- A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a tremendous attention to detail
- A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be passionate about jewelry and creating our products!
