Area Merchandising Manager – Greensboro NC, Winston Salem NC, and Roanoke VA
An area merchandising manager is responsible for 10-12 garden centers at Home Depot stores within an area. This is a full time position with benefits including Health Insurance/Dental, 401k, personal time, and paid holidays.
Responsibilities-
- Communicating information to employees
- Following Baucom’s Nursery merchandising guidelines
- Maintaining good communication with store managers
- Working with employees to make sure store is set to standard
- Maintaining store promotions/sales
Requirements-
- Ability to work full time Monday – Friday during the day, and weekends in peak season
- Ability to travel and maintain multiple stores
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to emails, and phone
- Knowledge of gardening/horticulture preferred but not required
- Ability to unload plants on to tables and pallets
- High School Education
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
