Responsibilities :
Apply BauCon Coatings's sustainable coating technology proficiently, which includes base coat, flake, and topcoat applications throughout installations in Miami, FL, US.
Perform thorough preparation of floor surfaces before applying the base coat with precision and care.
Pay meticulous attention to the locations of customers while carrying out the installation work.
Promptly communicate any encountered issues during the installation process to the management team.
Exhibit BauCon Coatings's White Glove Service excellence consistently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strictly adhere to the Job site Code of Conduct guidelines at all times during operations.
Utilize the operating system efficiently to input detailed notes and upload before / after pictures for every completed work order.
Qualifications :
To be considered for the position of Floor Install Technician in Miami, FL, US, a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
