We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth through targeted sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-oriented sales professional with the skills to identify new target buyers and upsell existing customers to meet and exceed sales goals. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for closing deals efficiently, we want you on our team!
This position is commission-based , offering uncapped earning potential, with the option to transition to a base salary plus commission structure based on performance.
Compensation : 90,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
- Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements / revenue-generating activities
