What Youll Do:
- Support the management of sales and service operations to meet budgeted sales and profit goals.
- Schedule service work efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to both walk-in and phone-in clients.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts and supplies in accordance with company standard.
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate necessary tool repairs.
- Ensure accurate completion of daily operational paperwork, including store cuts, ticket control, credit card transactions, bills, invoices, while maintaining proper accounting controls.
- Assist customers by recommending and selling products, as well as performing service operations when needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the tire center by performing additional operational duties as required.
What You Bring:
- Relatively clean driving record (specifically within the past three years)
- Experience in retail, tire sales or automotive service required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, who is willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
