What You’ll Do:
- Mount, dismount, repair, inflate, and service tires of all sizes for our customers, both in-shop and via off-site service calls.
- Inspect tires for wear and damage, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols in the shop and on the job site.
- Perform roadside service calls as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
- Operated specialized tools and equipment to mount and dismount tires.
What You Bring:
- Relatively clean driving record (specifically within the past three years)
- Candidates with experience as lube technician, mechanic, or with automotive backgrounds tend to excel in this role.
- This position is labor intensive and requires the lifting and hauling of tires.
- Strong work ethic, who is willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Need to be 21 years of age to drive our company vehicles, per insurance policy
