Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite construction team and subcontractors.
- Schedule subcontractors.
- Meet production quotas.
- Communicate labor needs.
- Inspect all work at project to ensure it meets all quality standards.
- Schedule and attend AHJ inspections.
- Work alongside team members and conduct training when necessary.
