Position : Deli Manager
Location : Ownings Mills, Maryland
Qualifications :
- High School or GED required. (College degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of Management and Leadership experience in the Food Service field.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality : USDA, FDA, SQF, BRC, AIB, HACCP, GMP
- Experience in high volume retail Deli : includes planning, organizing and directing operations.
- Oversees Hot / Cold Deli cases and Event Catering of Deli items and sandwiches.
- Ability to be a team player and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
