Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Development
- Assist with contracts and change orders; support project planning and documentation.
- Participate in bidding and procurement; help prepare bid packages and cost evaluations.
- Review pay applications, invoices, and project schedules for accuracy.
- Gain experience in design review and coordination.
Construction & Quality Assurance
- Track submittals, bulletins, and design changes.
- Assist with managing work authorizations and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with field teams to understand construction operations and quality control.
Meetings & Communication
- Attend project meetings (internal, OAC, kickoff, and closeout).
- Help prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and track action items.
Closeout & Warranty
- Support final project documentation and deliverables.
- Participate in warranty inspections and issue resolution.
Technical and Professional Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of construction experience (internships/co-ops welcome).
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Eagerness to learn construction software and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This is a hybrid role with primary work from the office and project sites. One day a week is available for remote work.
- Site visits are frequent and may involve navigating uneven terrain, stairs, or ladders.
- Occasional regional travel may be required depending on project needs.

Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, in accordance with applicable state pay transparency laws.
