Bauer Cascade Maverik is adding Temporary Senior Producer to our in-house Creative team at our office in Exeter, New Hampshire. You will bring your passion for content creation, resourceful problem solving, and love for production to our dynamic team in this exciting role, in which you will work cross-functionally to drive our creative priorities and marketing services. The Producer will report directly to the Creative Director.
Duration of Position: APRIL 1, 2025 – JULY 31, 2025
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to oversee production planning for multiple production efforts for Bauer Cascade Maverik.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and execute best-in-class content.
- Lead production planning process aligned with deliverables in partnership with Creative and Marketing teams to plan complex content productions.
- Create schedules and plans for production and post-production. Lead pre-pro meetings with teams.
- Must be experienced planning productions that create content for multiple platforms (organic social, paid media, DTC, retail, education) and media types (still photography, long and short-form video, etc).
- Manage complex production efforts with multiple crews, elite athletes / talent, internal team, and product.
- Support team to manage changes and questions in real time, ensuring best-in-class experience for full team – including elite athletes.
- Strong and clear communication, attention to detail and organizational skills are required for this position.
- Must be able to perform well under pressure, be nimble, anticipate potential production needs, solve problems and provide alternate solutions as changes arise.
- Track project budgets and scopes, process project invoices, and coordinate payments for freelancers and outside vendors.
- Assess estimates and work with vendors to triple-bid.
- Solution-oriented team player.
- Committed to building positive working relationships with cross-functional teammates.
- Oversee full-time in-house Producers.
Qualifications:
- BS or BA in Marketing, Business or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Production in advertising agency and/or in-house creative department setting.
- Leading a project team of production resources including in-house team, freelance and vendors
- Collaborating with creative teams to determine suitable production options for multiple creative concepts, channel executions
- Developing production and post production schedules
- Oversight of all phases of production schedule including shoots, edits, voice-over and sound mixing and color sessions – and partnering with team to execute
- Oversight of post-production and final deliverables, including shipping and completion reports
- Performing other duties as required or assigned that at are reasonably within the scope of duties above.
- Exhibits high level of professionalism, and is a proactive, collaborative, self-starting team player who looks for ways to improve processes
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with others in order to meet deadlines – and hold others at all levels accountable to commitments
- Ability to adapt to changing business landscape.
