Baum Chevrolet Buick is looking for a Tire and Alignment Technician to join our team! We're looking for someone to start right away, and become a part of our fun working environment!
The Service department is one of the most important in the dealership. Tire technicians are responsible for replacing and repairing tires, aligning vehicles, and doing minor repairs and maintenance.
Automotive Tire and Alignment Technician Responsibilities:
- Replace vehicle tires including mounting and balancing
- Align vehicles as required
- Repair eligible tires
- Perform maintenance and repair services as required
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to easily adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to lift an excess of 50 pounds. Being physically capable of doing the job is a necessity.
- Performing vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documenting all work.
Automotive Lube Technician Qualifications:
- Previous automotive lube technician experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
