At Baum Financial Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the financial advisor in managing the branch office.
The ideal candidate will have superior administrative skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and clients, answering phones, and greeting them in a friendly, positive, and warm manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining office supplies and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting clients with issues and concerns
- Building and improving upon client relationships
- Database management
- Setting appointments with clients and assisting the Advisor with calendar management
- Pre-appointment preparation including compiling account summaries
- Maintaining office filing system, both paper and electronic
- Recording notes from client conversations
- Assisting with various marketing objectives
You will also assist with Back-Office support initiatives and/or core projects that support Advisory teams, including client review reviews and prospect plan prep. Additionally, you will provide marketing support as needed, including newsletters, blogs, social media, website communications, events, etc.
We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$25 BOE, full health insurance, generous PTO and comp time, 401(k), and an annual bonus.
