We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Baum Financial Services, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of our office.
You will be responsible for assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the branch office, answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for building and improving client relationships, database management, and other industry-specific tasks.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong administrative skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial Advisor in managing the branch office
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain office supplies and outgoing correspondence
- Assist clients with issues and concerns
- Build and improve upon client relationships
- Database management
- Set appointments with clients and assist the Advisor with calendar management
- Pre-appointment preparation including compiling account summaries
- Maintain office filing system, both paper and electronic
- Record notes from client conversations
- Assist with various marketing objectives
