Benefits Advisor Summary:
As a Benefits Advisor you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and assistance to employees and prospective employees regarding their benefits program; explain all aspects of the benefits program, including eligibility requirements, enrollment process, benefits options, and coverage levels. Ensure that all benefit documents are accurate, up to date, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, a Benefits Advisor must possess excellent customer service skills, as they will be interacting with employees on a regular basis.
Benefits Advisor Duties:
Advise clients on their benefits programs and eligibility
Interpret benefits policies and regulations
Develop client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Utilize software and online resources to create and analyze data
Maintain accurate records of client information and changes
Answer client inquiries and troubleshoot issues
