We are currently seeking for
Traveling Electrical Supervisor – Machine Installation

- This role will supervise, coordinate, and manage electrical machine installation, modification on site and for traveling Mechanics
- Instructing maintenance and operating personnel in the proper operating and maintenance procedures, as well as, safety, clean-up procedures for machine installation
- Reporting to the project department, this position helps ensure our high-quality standards are met by monitoring and directing the work of others including journeyman, apprentices, mechanical helpers, and general laborers as required
- Be able to work independently on installations, upgrades, and overhauls for various types of machinery and equipment
- The Supervisor is a key leadership role, operating as the point of contact for all electical Installation on the jobsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead team of Electrician and electrical Technicians, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout projects
- Study and understand blueprints and schematics in order to plan the material and labor needed to accomplish tasks. Provides oversight of communication and network operations including testing, installation, and maintenance
- Coordinate a variety of installation, repair, and maintenance tasks performed by Electricians, Trades Helpers, Laborers, and/or other trades personnel
- Estimate and conduct work from blueprints and schematics, plan and lay out own work assignments and the work of others, confirm that work specifications conform with the electrical code
- Determine whether equipment and new installations meet requirements of the National Electrical Code.
- Select and assign staff, supervise the proper installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
- Establish methods and procedures of the trade regarding a variety of installation, repair, and maintenance tasks performed by the onsite teams
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of assigned teams
- Evaluate and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques
- Maintain records, material used prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work, requisitions and/or purchases supplies, materials, and tools
- Estimate cost of materials needed to accomplish tasks, inspects and evaluates electrical equipment to ensure that it operates efficiently and safely
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, codes, and standards to prevent accidents and injuries
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify the correctness of installations
- Other job-related responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years' experience as a Electrician in industrial or construction setting required
- Individual state contractor’s license preferred
- Completion of a licensing program or equivalent training and experience (NCCER) preferred
- Knowledge of the NEC standards regarding installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components
- Knowledge to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics as well as to conduct work in metric and SAE independently an
- Leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with individuals at all organizational levels in a professional, respectful manner
- Ability to reason and apply principles of logic to a wide range of factors when monitoring and working on jobs
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable are must-have traits
- Prioritize safety when performing tasks and producing a quality product in an efficient and productive manner to meet production schedule
- Additional language Skills: German , Spanish (preferred)
- Experience working in industrial settings such as factories, plants, or shopfloor
- Experience with electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to electrical work
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Driver’s License
- OSHA 30 or higher
- Willingness to travel 100%
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
