The Specialty Territory Manager plays a crucial role in the sale of our organization's product(s) in a specified region or major geographical area. Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating selling skills and pull-thru execution through strategically allocating resources to drive results
- Developing effective customer relationships to drive results
- Showing baseline knowledge and understanding of business analytics, including customer data, resources, and tools
- Building account and territory plans
- Utilizing available data to target and access most valuable accounts
- Developing expertise across the product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed care
- Effectively managing territory by analyzing data to target high-prescribing HCPs
- Delivering sales presentations on our products to target HCPs
- Meeting or exceeding established call average and sales performance expectations
- Showcasing market and industry knowledge relative to our product portfolio and competitor products
- Understanding and utilizing clinical and disease state knowledge and its impact on patients and providers
- Completing administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Attending various sales training classes, meetings, and conferences
