The Senior Brand Manager position for the Bausch Lomb Consumer Healthcare division will drive brand-specific initiatives for strategically important businesses within the Nutritional and General Eye Care franchises.
This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days / week of telecommuting from home and 3 days / week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of all annual brand planning deliverables including the long-term strategic plan, the operating plan and sales & new item support materials.
- Responsible for developing and executing key marketing materials including consumer advertising, brand websites, consumer promotion, trade promotion and eCommerce support.
- Lead business analysis and insight development – track, monitor, and analyze in-market performance metrics to develop insights for business optimization and growth.
- Manage the P&L, A&P budget, the sales forecast and help coordinate demand planning with the operations team to ensure all key business targets met or exceeded.
- Manage internal processes including initiation, tracking and completion of Promotional Review Committee (PRC) materials and submission into the packaging electronic approval system (ELM).
- Work directly with R&D and Operations to help develop and launch a portfolio of innovation comprised of new products and commercial innovation that meets or exceeds consumer expectations.
