Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service. The potential candidate will be responsible for processing credit applications, reviewing loan documents for dealers, handling telephone inquiries, greeting customers, taking payments, marketing and closing loan documents.
Duties
- Taking loan applications and check for completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower eligibility.
- Communicate effectively with the customer to gather necessary documentation.
- Process Loans in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records.
- Posting mail and counter payments.
Skills
- Customer Service and Sales experience required.
- Strong attention to detail in order to review loan packets.
- Proficient in basic math skills necessary for financial calculations.
- Great organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to make collection calles and assist customers with making payment arrangements.
- Fun and energetic personality.
- Previous Credit knowledge a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
