Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences? Bavaro’s is seeking a dynamic Host to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit.
Established in 2009, Bavaro’s was Florida’s first Neapolitan pizzeria. We have since expanded to 6 locations in the Tampa Bay area - and we continue to grow!
Job requirements: passion for providing exceptional food and beverage service! A high comfort level dealing with guests is essential.
Host: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. You will greet, seat, and assist guests in a friendly, efficient manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Your role will also involve managing reservations, coordinating with the front-of-house staff, and helping maintain a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining area.
Expo: Assist in ensuring a smooth dining experience in a fast paced restaurant setting. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in orders, quality control of prepared dishes and helping manage the flow of the front of house.
