We are seeking a Receptionist/Intake Specialist to join our team. We need someone dedicated to providing outstanding client service.

As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Conduct initial client intake interviews via phone or in person
  • Collect and record potential client information, including personal details, case details, and relevant documentation
  • Determine the nature of each case and assign it appropriately
  • Stress the urgency and importance of dealing with legal issues right now
  • Answer client questions regarding legal services, procedures, and fees
  • Proficiently maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and client relations systems
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the intake process
  • Provide exceptional customer service when dealing with client needs
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies at all times

ABOUT YOU:

  • Sales experience with a proven record of success: Minimum of 2 years’ experience - Required
  • Previous experience in a legal intake or client services role: Minimum of 2 years’ experience - Required
  • Clio software management system – Strongly Preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and office staff
  • Must be a team player – zero drama will be tolerated
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately and quickly record information
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
  • Proficiency in using client relations software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to handle a high volume of client inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality regulations
  • Bilingual: A plus! Let us know if you are bilingual: English and Spanish.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • No weekends
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Lunch, 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Ability to Relocate:

  • Oxford, AL 36203: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $33,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
