Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Arkansas or a Compact State in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse in a progressive care unit setting preferred.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within the first year of employment.
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
