SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Deli Cook is responsible for the preparation of all food items for the Cafeteria Deli and managing of the breakfast line.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in HealthStream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Retail Supervisor regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Food and Nutritional Services Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: One to Three Years institutional cooking experience preferred.
Other: Requires the ability to read, write, and perform simple math calculations and record keeping.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts.
