JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy from an accredited program required; Doctorate preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
License: Current Arkansas License to practice physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy.
Other: In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, databases and general office equipment. Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and conscientious to ensure high quality work. Excellent time-management and follow-up skills to ensure work deadlines are met.
Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Must be a positively contributing team
player and possess willingness to be cross-trained in other functional areas. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to employment data, HIPAA, and departmental operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage budgets and personnel, and an understanding of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methods.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Office staff: 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, potential for exceeding 40 hours per week.
Will be required to work during emergencies and inclement weather and provide 24/7 on call coverage.
